On Saturday 9th September, the Lagan family, friends, colleagues, and Glen GAA will come together to remember our colleague Francis Lagan and to celebrate his life with a Fun Day at Watty Graham Park, themed ‘All about the Weans’.
The Fun Day at Watty Graham Park, Glen will have something for everyone and will include a kids fun run, a 5K, go-games, exhibition football, between Derry Select V Dromantine Select, amusements, food stalls, music plus much, much more.
All funds generated will go to the ‘Air Ambulance Charity’ and the ‘Francis Lagan Community Legacy Fund’. The fantastic and essential service provided by the Air Ambulance needs no introduction, as they save lives daily throughout the North of Ireland. The ‘Francis Lagan Community Legacy Fund’ will be used to enrich and better the lives of local children in a lasting and tangible way.
