Mrs O’Kane congratulated Classroom Assistant, Annie Heaney on the very successful Bun Sale today which raised £202 for the Irish Pilgrimage Trust. Annie will be travelling to Lourdes as a helper this Easter with the Trust.
Annie baked a wide selection of delicious buns assisted by her family and by her grandmother Brenda in the Vines restaurant Garvagh. Thanks also to all the families who contributed buns and to our cook Donna for the lovely shamrock shortbread. To all the boys and girls who bought buns today and devoured them with great glee, we thank you for your generosity all your donations will be put to good use. We wish everyone on the Irish pilgrimage Trust visit a safe and enjoyable trip.
