Our girls got off to a fantastic start with a 3-2 win against Moneyneena on their first game in the Cumann na mBunscoil INTO 5-a-side tournament. This give them a boost to keep positive and focused. Another win of 2-0 against Straw saw them comfortably 2/2 going into their next game. What a performance in game 3 winning 3-0 against Bellaghy. As winners of their group they went straight through to the playoff. A tense 7 minutes against Annahorish with great determination and super striking! The result was a 1-1 draw, resulting in 5 additional minutes to be played. Unfortunately we conceded a goal and just didn’t have enough time to get one back. The girls should be super proud of their performance. Just unfortunate after having a great day! Well done girls!
