We have exciting news to report from our school canteen today. Pupils were so excited to receive skinny fries instead of their usual chunky chips! This proved to be a real hit with the children and became the main talking point at lunch time.
Thanks to the catering staff Donna, Katie, Danielle, Anne, Ann and Sadie for all their hard work. Our cooks really do deserve a break, after they cooked 284 dinners today (80 for Knockloughrim PS and 204 for St Brigid's PS).....
