Currently ten of our pupils have tested positive for Covid-19. Seven of these children are in the same class - P7A. We are doing everything we can in school to keep our children socially distanced and continue to follow good hand and respiratory hygiene. We are indebted to Paddy, Margaret and Jacquelyn who sanitise and clean our classrooms thoroughly each afternoon. Staff ensure that we have maximum ventilation in our classrooms with windows and sometimes doors open.
There are three separate lunch sittings and now three separate break times, to ensure we limit cross-class contact. We ask that all our families continue to be Covid aware.
In St Brigid's PS we are good at remote learning but we want to stay in school! Please help us to keep everyone safe! Thank you.
