The final cross country race of the year took place in St. Patrick's College, Maghera. A team of six girls and a team of seven boys took part in the 1300 metre race.
Huge congratulations to all of the pupils from St Brigid's who took part. The boys' team were successful for another year, placing first and bringing home the large school's cup for a fourth year in a row.
St. Brigid's pupils were also placed 1st individually in both the girls' race and the boys' race - what a fantastic achievement. A big thank you to Mr Mulholland and Mr Kelly who coach our cross-country teams - your hard work is much appreciated. Thanks also to Cathy Mc Kenna who helps out each Friday at after school clubs.
