All Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils will be offered the opportunity to have weekly coaching sessions each Friday afternoon with Derry Hurling Coach Tiarnán Mc Hugh.
If pupils have a hurl and a helmet they should bring it to school each Friday (if they do not - one will be provided by the coach). They should wear their school PE uniform and bring a warm tracksuit/sweatshirt, if the weather is inclement. This is not an alternative to school uniform on a Friday, pupils should wear full school uniform as usual.
