Parents and Childminders; we ask that you show good road sense, kindness, and courtesy when parking near the school. Please use the Chapel carpark and the services of Danny the lollipop patrol man. Do not park on private property or in local business premises.
Remember Highway Code Rule 238 states that: "You must not wait or park, or stop to set down and pick up passengers, on school entrance markings, ziz-zag lines."
We urge you NOT TO PARK ON HALL LANE as this is presenting a major hazard for residents. Carers visit several homes on Hall Lane at 9am, 12 noon and 3pm; which coincides with school arrival and departure times. Many of these carers are double teams which means two vehicles. We do not wish to be responsible for carers being unable to attend their patients, or being late for their next call.
In St Brigid's we value being a part of the Lavey community, so we ask that you help protect our community and do not park on Hall Lane or any other property. Thank you for your understanding and support.
