All of the Primary 5 children had great fun today with Fitness Freddy during the ‘Take 5’ workshop. Freddy showed up to respect others, reminding us that calling names can really hurt, and how to co-operate and include everyone. We played lots of team games and loved learning about how to keep our minds active and healthy!
